The IJP is excited to announce and welcome our new Marilyn S. Broad fellow, Kristin Rosella. Ms. Rosella will be primarily responsible for IJP’s new project, the Emergency Response Network for Darfuri Women at Risk. This project focuses on meeting the direct and immediate health and other needs of Darfuri women and children living in the U.S. who are victims of genocidal violence. It is our hope that this project will assist the Darfuri community in embracing restorative justice mechanisms that could help reawaken their sense of community and purpose. Ms. Rosella, an attorney, comes to the IJP with significant experience in human rights and in working with marginalized and disadvantaged communities. Please join the IJP in celebrating the appointment of Ms. Rosella and the launch of the Emergency Response Network as they are both important new additions to our work.
