Matthew W. Compton, Esq. works as a staff attorney and was formerly the Internship Supervisor. Mr. Compton received his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and History from the University College at the University of Maryland at Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany, in 2001. He then received his joint-Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations and Juris Doctor from the John C. Whitehead School of Diplomacy and International Relations and Seton Hall School of Law. Mr. Compton is currently barred in the states of New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Compton has experience working with refugees from the Former Republic of Yugoslavia and Darfur, Sudan. Mr. Compton has worked in wide variety of types of cases including criminal defense in state and federal courts, federal civil litigation, personal injury, marital disputes, child custody and support, and municipal court matters.
