Seton Hall School of Law Symposium
In February of 2015 Seton Hall School of Law held its Symposium, “150th Anniversary of the 13th Amendment: Is the U.S. Living Up to Its Promise?” Alongside attorneys, advocates, prosecutors and professors, IJP co-founders, Mr. Raymond M. Brown and Ms. Wanda M. Akin specifically addressed whether there is a lesson to be learned about the shape of legislative efforts in the area of human trafficking, or whether it is strategically wise to be legislatively aggressive regardless of potential judicial hurdles.
