Esther Moedden

Associate Program Officer

Esther has been working with the IJP since October 2012. She assists Darfurian individuals in completing and filing applications to actively participate in the proceedings at the ICC and to make claims for reparations. Moreover, Esther actively contributes to the IJP’s other transitional justice programs, especially the Emergency Response Network. She was based in the U.S. office for one year and is presently continuing her work from Germany, as many of our beneficiaries and clients reside abroad. Read more…

Jessica Couleur

Phoenix Project Manager

Ms. Couleur is a long-time friend of the refugee community in Phoenix, Arizona, having worked with families and children from South Sudan, Afghanistan, Liberia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. She received her MBA from Arizona State University and spent 20 years in operations finance, primarily in hi-tech and international operations. Read more…

Giada Guerra

Legal Advisor, Law & Policy

Ms. Guerra received her Law Degree from Lausanne University, Switzerland, in 2005, and her Masters of Law in Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2008. After working as a civil servant and law clerk for three years, she was admitted to the State of Vaud Bar in February 2013. Associate Program Officer

Ms. Roman is currently a graduate student at Rutgers University in Newark, NJ where she will be receiving a Masters of Social Work degree. Lissette is currently specializing in Non-Profit Management and Policy, International Social Work and working toward a certificate in Violence Against Women and Children. Since 2012, Lissette has served as an Anti-Sexual Assault Advocate for Essex County, providing crisis intervention services to survivors of sexual assault.
